Refund Policy

• Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Students must cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full, unless due to an emergency.

• Absolutely no refunds

• No-Shows:

  • Missed lessons without notice are  non-reschedulable.

• Teacher Cancellations:

  • If the teacher cancels, the student will be offered a make-up lesson .

• Special Circumstances:

  • Emergencies or illness will be handled with compassion and flexibility, at the teacher’s discretion.
